We've added a couple new card designs for 2009.

Here is a sampling:

PS- the front is on the top right. This is how it looks if it were unfolded and laid flat.

And just a reminder- all cards are available in standard paper (cardstock) as well as linen, pearl and watercolor papers. Samples are available for viewing. The full line of cards is visible in the gallery section of my website with a password. Email me if you would like to see them all.

Christmas cards

Wow! It always amazes me how quickly Christmas comes! Remember when we were little and our parents were always talking about how fast time goes? Of course when you are 9 years old and it's August- Christmas seems like years away! Well, now that we are....let's just say- not 9 anymore! time really does fly!

So, knowing what I know now as a grown up- plans are in full swing for Christmas 2008! Here are samples of the cards I will be offering this year. As always, I will also be offering digital files for those that either prefer Costco photo cards or are great graphic designers!

More options available- including trifolded 5x5 cards and custom designs. Please contact me you have any questions.

Albums and Books

I'm finally getting around to posting some info on the albums I offer! I've been asked, "What is the difference between the albums and the books?". Well, the albums are simple and sweet with one image per page on photo paper. The albums come in lots of different cover options with the choice of white of black pages (you really only see the page color from the sides). Each image has a simple boarder around, with several options for designs as shown:

As for cover options- there are quite a few!!

You can choose from 3 sizes, 5x5, 8x8 and 10x10 and 10 or 20 page albums.

As for the difference between an album and a book- the book is more creative with more images per page. There are endless options for backgrounds! Basically you tell me what colors and feel you are want and I custom create it for you. Here is a sample of a full page spread (how it would look if the book were opened):

These also come in 5x5, 8x8 and 10x10.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these! The image is sharp, the quality is top notch and the price is reasonable!

I can't wait to order a few for clients!!

Getting Around to Posting Samples

I have been trying to get around to stopping by my client's houses to photograph some of the standouts and canvas prints that I have done. Unfortunately, if you read the entry on my blog you will see that this flu season hit me hard, and I have not made it far on this goal...yet.

Here are a couple shots of a 11x14 standout that a client ordered. You can see how the image looks on the front as well as on the back. Standouts are a great choice for either an image that you want to look like a canvas print but without having to worry about any cropping or a less costly option to a canvas print.

I'm hoping to get a few shots of the set of 3 16x20 canvas prints that another client ordered up soon!!
